Mrs. Amanda E. Cooper, wife of Carl L. Cooper, died last Thursday morning of consumption at the house of her father-in-law, J.E. Cooper, near Rock Castle. She was twenty-one years and twenty-eight days of age. She was a Miss Monroe before her marriage. She was married Oct. 12, 1906, and professed faith in Christ last September. She is survived by a husband and one child, besides many friends. Mrs. Cooper was a most excellent lady and her death has brought sadness to many hearts.
